Tarsame Mittal is Founder of TM Talent Management, a music talent management organization in the Indian music industry that currently manages over 23 talents from the Bollywood playback and live entertainment industry. These talents include Arijit Singh, Vishal & Shekhar, Sukhwinder Singh, Amit Trivedi, Ajay-Atul, Vishal Bhardwaj and many more, making up 80 percent of the business in the Indian music and live entertainment industry. Mittal has created various brand extensions for TM such as Truly Musical, a special events division focusing increasing intellectual properties specifically for the music industry. His first venture into IPs was the Bollywood Music Project (BMP), a two-day, multi-stage music festival that features over 60 artists and more than 200 musicians. BMP has successfully completed four editions in the past 20 months, catering to music lovers in Mumbai and Delhi.

Mittal is also responsible for creating all-inclusive B2B music conference, All About Music, which aims to construct a global gateway into the Indian music market. Since 2017, All About Music has successfully completed two sold-out events, hosted over 200 Indian and global music industry influencers and over 2000 delegates. He is also the founder of Music Plus, an interactive music communication portal that serves as an all-inclusive information hub for the music industry and music lovers. Mittal is a partner in various successful businesses such as A.R.T Group, OutReach, Insight, Street Smart, G-Plus and Entertainment Consultant.
