Sebastian Spring is Head of Publisher Affairs for Mint Digital Services, a leading Swiss collection society that is a joint venture between SESAC and SUISA. Mint is the first transatlantic collaboration between organizations that represent musical works on behalf of publishers and songwriters. Spring oversees sales and acquisitions, handles customer relations, and serves as the point of contact for publishers. He also serves as a Mint project manager, responsible for supervising all administration and coordination between different departments providing services. Prior to his current position, Spring served as the Head of the Publishers Group as SUISA, where he coordinated and oversaw all publisher inquiries. He also provided legal services and consulted clients and members with their copyright inquiries.
