VP of Creative Music Strategy

Rochelle Holguin is VP of Creative Music Strategy for Viacom, a film and television media company whose brands include MTV, VH1, BET, Logo, CMT, and Whosay. Holguin oversees music supervision for content creators across programming, marketing, and digital, as well as supervising the recently launched MTV studios business. She also spearheads the A&R and marketing initiatives for the global Viacom Production Music Library.

Prior to her role at Viacom, Holguin was the VP of Creative Strategy at Universal Music Publishing Group. She served as the creative liaison between A&R and the Film and TV department. At MTV, Holguin developed and executed music marketing campaigns for shows such as Teen Wolf, Awkward, Faking It, The Real World, Teen Mom, Jersey Shore, and The Hills, among others. She has worked as a music coordinator for Hit The Ground Running Inc. and was named an Emerging Powerful and Influential Latino in Entertainment by the Imagen Foundation in 2015.
