Prior to this position, Murad served as VP of Global Customer Acquisition and Retention at Yahoo, where he was in charge of social media, CRM, media buying, and SEO/SEM. He also spent nearly 15 years leading customer strategies and data insights in the customer loyalty space as SVP of Strategy at Brierley & Partners, working with brands such as Nike, Hilton, Bloomingdale's, Hertz, Sony, American Eagle Outfitters, Victoria's Secret and more.
