Duff Berschback is Senior VP of Legal Affairs and Business Development at Sony/ATV Nashville. In this role, he is responsible for legal and financial due diligence and negotiating and closing all agreements, including songwriter contracts and acquisitions. Berschback also oversees copyright litigation and termination rights retention for the Nashville catalog. In his development role, he is responsible for devising, sourcing, vetting and executing the company’s strategic initiatives in Nashville. Prior to joining Sony/ATV in 2007, Berschback was in private practice representing writers, artists, publishers, managers, and technology companies.
