Caroline Melby is a Career Development Specialist for Belmont University’s Mike Curb College of Entertainment & Music Business. In this role, she guides students and alums who are developing their careers, equipping them with what they need to be successful in the entertainment industry. Following a brief stint in publishing, Melby found her way back to Belmont to take on her current role.
