Six Degrees to Tennessee

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The state of Tennessee has a unique story to tell which is rooted in music and experiences which are a huge motivation for travel to the state. During this panel we will walk you through the strategic development from ideation to execution of the Six Degrees to Tennessee campaign. Not only was a statewide platform launched, but the first ever Roots Jam outside of New York, LA or Austin (SXSW) was brought to Memphis to celebrate how artists (no matter the genre) are all connected back to the state in six degrees or less. This campaign serves as a great example of how to utilize artists as brand storytellers.

This session is part of our Brand & Strategic Partnership Summit: The Powerful Duo of Brands and Bands, powered by FlyteVu
Join us at Music Biz’s Brand Summit where top music and brand executives will come together to discuss the ever-changing landscape of the industry and how brands are successfully reaching their consumers through the power of music and entertainment. During this session you will hear from a variety of marketing professionals and music industry insiders on the development of strategic and creative brand partnerships that in turn create mutually rewarding collaborations with artists. While tackling the big picture of partnerships you will also learn the nuances of ideation and execution and what these deals look like in 2019 and beyond.
