The Relationship Between Artist Services, Technology and Artist Managers

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

As artists enjoy increasing choice in respect of how they release their music, artist managers are becoming increasingly involved in the day-to-day operations of the artist owned label. The object of this session is to discuss the technology and services that are available to enable managers to successfully navigate an artist owned label business. This session explores the potential benefits and pitfalls of an artist entering into an artist services deal. There will be particular focus on the use of technology for data analysis and the provision of marketing and promotional services in an engagement based streaming economy.
