I am a corporate attorney that handles both merger and acquisition transactions as well as general corporate work needed by companies and entrepreneurs on a daily basis. I provide these services to clients in all industries but also provide "back-office" corporate assistance to entertainment lawyers who may not have this expertise in house. Our firm is based in Miami and is comprised of lawyers who all previously worked in "big law" but are now practicing in our boutique setting where we only focus on corporate and real estate transactional matters. We are practical and efficient attorneys who provide personal, high -level legal services. Our attorneys can provide legal services in both English and Spanish.
