Brian Bauer is a Nashville-based entertainment marketer, entrepreneur, and President of Bauer Entertainment Marketing (BEM). Previously, Bauer co-managed Rockhouse Partners, a marketing firm owned by global-ticketing company Etix. He launched his career at MTV Networks, RCA/J Records, Universal Music Group, and Wind-up Records. As manager and drummer for professional touring and recording bands, Bauer shared the stage with artists including Chris Stapleton, Cage the Elephant, and Dhani Harrison. He has licensed songs to MTV and Rock Band; performed at SXSW, Canadian Music Week, and venues across the US, UK, and Canada; and privately showcased for Interscope's Jimmy Iovine. He has been a featured speaker at national music and sports conferences including Billboard’s Live Music Summit & Awards and SXSW. He has been nominated to Nashville Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40,” to the Nashville’s Next A-List, and for the Nashville Chamber of Commerce “Emerging Leader Award.” He is a member of the Nashville Sports Council and mentor at Helping Our Music Evolve (HOME).
